Student Anti-Procrastination guide

In this university project we were set the task of solving an issue or problem through graphic design. I have created an anti-procrastination guide aimed at students to help with time management and efficiency.
Throughout the guide I have tried to keep the designs bold and colourful. I have taken influence from a lot of Swiss graphics and modernist design and kept a consistent theme of simplicity throughout.
The booklet is segregated into three chapters; inspiration, motivation and habit. This takes influence from a Jim Rohn quote which states 'Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going'.
Inspiration
I've created 6 typographical designs using famous inspirational quotes relevant to time management, efficiency and encouragement.
Motivation
For this chapter I have created 4 blank goal list pages for the user to use. On each page there are 5 goal boxes and tick boxes.
Habit
In the habit section, I have designed a diary for the user to record their progress.
